Why do you care so much, you think like a woman who has to show off every inch of her body at gym.

Whats the point of all the effort if you put on hoodie or shirt and look the exact same as everyone else?

Because I know i look better underneath. Why do you need everyone to know you’re fit? No other personality traits bud?

It's not really the width of your arms that gives it away, it's the size and shape of your shoulders/chest.

Unless you actually are really big all you can do is choose clothes that accentuate your physique. If you want to look full I guess you have to carb up properly and get some sodium and lots of water in. Permanently full and pumped? Roids.

I think the most overlooked thing is usually thickness. Everyone seems to be concerned with (shoulder) width, v-taper, which all matter of course, but a thick side profile, so a big back and chest matter more imo. Also big traps can help a lot. As for arms you should really just look for clothes that hug them nicely, t-shirts with short, tight sleeves.

wear clothes that fit. Kino is 178lbs soaking wet. If you don't look like you lift then you just don't lift. Stop buying oversized band shirts moron.
If you are not completely bursting out and filling Medium's, you just need to lift longer.

I only buy slim fit clothes, too bad all my jeans are loose and I can't afford more, so maybe I'll get them tailored, but yeah just get perfectly fit clothes and ore tailor your current ones

if that's you on pics then you look great and it probably shows even in loose t-shirts (unless you're an actual manlet, then these kinds of photos are very deceiving)
