        3 fasting days per week are enough to lose ~5kg fat per month. they don't have to be consecutive. do what feels easier for you.

        OMAD for one week lost me five lb and shed belly fat a ton with minimal strength loss. Maintaining 15-18% bf is breeze once you hit around 20% bf and just OMAD whenever you feel chunky

            You could do 36hour fasts with a refeed before the gym. I just can't lift at all when I fast.

    By training frequently at a moderate or extreme intensity for at least a few months. Also stop being stupid and develop a functional meal plan. Eating just toast, rice, chicken and coffee daily is not a diet. Supplements are a meme. Go outside often for your vitamin D you and everyone living in the northern hemisphere is deficient in it.
