you can get that body in a year if you already have that amount and distribution of muscle, under a layer of fat
you can't get that body in a year if you need to actually build the muscle to get there. and you won't get that exact physique because there's a genetic component to it.
which is all besides the point because in a year of eating right and lifting you will still look a lot better than whatever skinnyfat dyel abomination you are right now
I can't, it's honestly very true. You can achieve that in a year if you put in consistent effort, it's just that the majority of the population lacks that level of discipline and restraint.
If an individual with above average genetics follows a good hypertrophy program with a lean bulk, he'll have more muscle than OP in about 6 months. Most guys here (I assume) have been lifting longer than that and I don't think they'll want to lose muscle mass to get to ottermode.
Besides ottermode is for guys with a natural V taper anyway, broad shoulders, narrow waist and lanky frame. Guys that don't have this would benefit from proportioning out their physique with more muscle to compensate
Its funny how this is a goal physique initially for many anons on this board
But when you have the ability to cut down and obtain this mode your body dysmorphia kicks in >oh god I weigh nothing now >im weak now >jesus i look small in shirts
So you keep bulking and cutting and then you might even over do it
You can’t. Absolutely zero people will post their physiques after writing that shit. The guy is unironically on gear too. It’s always fricking morons who have never done a cycle and don’t look 1/100th as good as that who think that’s natty. Also this
Most of the time when you ARE willing and capable of doing what it takes to get there you won’t just stop there. You’ll inevitably want to get bigger. Which is why you only usually see guys like that in their early 20s
You forget: eating is a fricking chore and to get bigger you gotta eat more, and compared to otter mode vs. bigger you're again going to have to eat more just to maintain. Mental fatsos will want to keep going, which is probably at least 80% of anons who love food too much.
i'm skinnyfat that wants to achieve ottermode, but after just doing basic stuff for one day my body is very sore the rest of the week when it only should be max 2 days, it is fricking annoying. i can't take it anymore bros

I can maintain my current level of leanness year round but I have been bulking during the winter because I don't gain much strength or size without it anymore, not sure yet what I'm going to do this winter, I have some strength goals that I want to reach but they are fairly unrealistic.
Bro,I think I have seen you before, did you use to post on misc and post workout videos?Or I could be confusing you with that dude everyone said looked like prometheus
I've been posting here for a long ass time, and on IST in the plant threads.
How do you maintain it? Just get to low bf% and eat at maintainance? How foes that affect your gains in the gym?
Also, what are you squat/bench/DL etc?
I want to keep that leanness as well but I'm trying to gigure out how to keep that low consistently and still make gains. Any tips?

I don't track calories or macros, so I just check on the scale every now and then and eat less if there's any change, or more, my diet mostly consists out of the same things every day so while I don't really know how much it is in exact numbers I've got a rough idea of how much I should be eating.
I don't make much progress on maintenance anymore, at most I can add another rep to sets once in a while, after I've added a few reps to each set I can usually bring the reps back down and add more weight.
>what are you squat/bench/DL etc?
I don't squat or bench, here's my program
[...]
I am fairly strong for my weight though, here's a 160kg paused floor press.
I was only doing core focused bodyweight (jack knife situps, bicycle crunches, mountain climbers, planks, side planks, etc) and basic dumbbell movements such as floor flyes, lateral raises, hammer curls, and reverse flyes back then.
Bro,I think I have seen you before, did you use to post on misc and post workout videos?Or I could be confusing you with that dude everyone said looked like prometheus
the only thing difficult about that body is cutting that low, most of us like getting stronger and eating big but cutting for a few months and working out while your lifts go down every session fricking sucks.
It's always gonna depend on your starting point. I was fit all my life and competed in track, I looked like that maybe 6 months after lifting but I also had like 15 years of consistent training already, just not with weights or the intention to build bigger muscles. Had I been completely sedentary I don't know how long it would have taken. The starting point can make so much of a difference, just think about similar threads where someone asks "how long to get to this?" and it's a guy that is 6'0, 180lbs at 10% bf. That's nothing too crazy but imagine you are starting as a 6'0, 140lbs skelly at similar body fat, you have to gain 40 lbs of actual muscle tissue to get there and it's going to take years. Someone else might be slightly overweight but carry more muscle naturally and get there in half the time of training.
Yes, easily. Say they gain muscle at the same rate but the overweight guy has to gain 25lbs less LBM, he will have accumulated the muscle necessary in a much shorter time and since weight loss is much faster than gaining muscle he will get to the goal earlier.
I feel like I have tried most than most anons here(24yo)
A few years ago went balls to wall extremely low kcal, extreme cardio, didnt look good at all, went from fat to frail skinny fat,in fact I was weaker.
I have tried tons of times ,now Im at my peak success mainly because I improve and I MAINTAIN those little improvements.
They key IMO is going SLOW,lose weight SLOW,gain muscle SLOW, seriously, better for it to take 2 or 3 years than NEVER or going back and forth and not arriving anywhere like I did multiple tiems before.
Add "with good genetics" or "with gear" to any of these posts and they make sense.A skinnyfat or a skinny dude with shit genetics won't achieve that in less than a year
literally the distinction that 99 percent of people IST included cannot comprehend is how pictures do not represent reality. pump and lighting will always make you look 4x more muscular than you are. anyt picture taken in a dark room with severe lighting contrast and a very particularly chosen shooting angle while flexing will never in any circumstance be an accurate reflection of with a guy looks like 99.99 percent of the time. this guy with no pump, in a relaxed pose, without severe lighting, probably does not even look like he has ever been inside a gym. this fact will always fly over everyones head. so the group who decides that this is actually a casual non pumped non lighting frauded pic will always bicker with the people who know to discredit carefully curated pics like this, insisting that this is an un pumped normal pic that accurately represents this guys physique. people look at their own bodies and arent even aware of how much they could lightfraud and anglefaud and pump fraud in a picture they take of themselves, even a dyel with a tiny bit of muscle can look like this, briefly, especially while leaning foreward so hard.
pay attention to fricking shadows and angles in pictures you stupid frickers. every picture you see of some homosexual trying to look hot for instagram likes is a curated pic, a carefully chosen angle with severe lighting and does not even represent what they look like almost at all. you can assume that every pic you see is someone desperately trying to alter their look so they can prostitute more attention. you probably DID achieve this physique in a year, but dont realize that without a spray tan and specific camera techniques youlls always look like shit compared to this fake photo.
This, anglefrauding is the key to making natties look like roiders, and roiders to look superhuman. David Laid is a very good example of this. That said, flexing and posing is fine for /cbt/, photos edited beyond face blur is woman-tier
it's not about having this much muscle or that low body fat
it's all about having the wow factor, good jaw/chin, big traps, thick neck, narrow waist and hips
99% of people will never acheive that look even if they are more shredded and jacked than this dude
It's not difficult. Fasting with calisthenics will get that mode in probably half a year.
you literally can't
I did exactly that. it gets you nowhere. lift weights.
You need to do weighted calisthenics, a.k.a pull ups with at least 10kgs/22lbs+
you can get that body in a year if you already have that amount and distribution of muscle, under a layer of fat
you can't get that body in a year if you need to actually build the muscle to get there. and you won't get that exact physique because there's a genetic component to it.

You're honestly very lame.
Now go read the sticky.
that wasn't the question anon. did YOU achieve it in a year?

stretch everyday. Work out on workout days even if sore, each time you will be less sore. It's normal to be sore after starting a new activity /lift.

lol the guy in op is not on gear, that's just playing a sport or two with alright genetics

It's not very realistic to expect anybody to not miss a single workout, don't get injured, have a perfect diet year round etc.
Borate is in almost all vegetables.
i don't eat vegetables, i eat powder
no room in stomach for leafs on omad
The soil is depleted in a lot of the world.

is it even possible to escape the lovehandles?
built for BBC
by achieving that body in a year. all i lack is the tan, and i can't be assed tbh
I looked like that, then bulked again and switched to compound lifts because I didn't like having no chest.
still got old pictures.
Is it just me or is your torso abnormally long
it is, but this is not that weird where I'm from, fairly common in north sea coast phenotypes.
If you think that's weird, he's actually standing on the toilet in taking this picture.
I don't have a toilet upstairs, been pissing in the sink for years, lol.
unironically my goal body
you'll get there, but you'll probably feel the same way I did once you're there.
I worked on my chest, traps and back after that, and my shoulders got a bit rounder.
hohleee frick im miriin
nice quads.
anyway I was skinnyfat at some point too.
Fuarrrrrrk mirin
Satan get
Looking good senpai
Do you stay lean year-round or do you do bulk/cut cycles?
I can maintain my current level of leanness year round but I have been bulking during the winter because I don't gain much strength or size without it anymore, not sure yet what I'm going to do this winter, I have some strength goals that I want to reach but they are fairly unrealistic.

I was only doing core focused bodyweight (jack knife situps, bicycle crunches, mountain climbers, planks, side planks, etc) and basic dumbbell movements such as floor flyes, lateral raises, hammer curls, and reverse flyes back then.
think I was like 160lbs at best at 6'2.
I'm 190lbs now.
Bro,I think I have seen you before, did you use to post on misc and post workout videos?Or I could be confusing you with that dude everyone said looked like prometheus

lifting for 4 years
give me 10 weeks of cutting and i will mog the living shit out him

What?
How is someone skinnyfat at 140lbs and 10% bf. If you are 200lbs at 25% bf you carry 25lbs more LBM than the skinny guy.
Okay I'll rephrase then, you sperg
>slightly overweight making it faster than a skelly
What?
Yes, easily. Say they gain muscle at the same rate but the overweight guy has to gain 25lbs less LBM, he will have accumulated the muscle necessary in a much shorter time and since weight loss is much faster than gaining muscle he will get to the goal earlier.
What's the deal with loose skin in this situation?
If you're not obese and you don't starve yourself to lose weight you won't have any loose skin at all.

being skinnyfat is truly a curse. compared to being fat
I'm 7 months in, I'm just a cut away from that body but summer is over and I don't want to compromise my gains by cutting.
Shut up and grind. Let the witness your sculpted flesh.
