    Because it's true anybody "could" achieve that body in a year. The people on IST IST however are weak willed losers who failed to do so. If they had stuck to their training / diet, then they could have achieved it.

            I don’t remember, I was like 16 there. I’m pretty sure I made my own PPL split up. This is what I look like now, I haven’t been consistent though.
