6'1, 210lbs, sedentary outside of the gym.(stay at home dad). I'm finding it extremely hard to cut on 1800 calories especially in the afternoon and evening time i just want to grab a bowl of cereal or a couple more slices of toast and i can't fit it into the calories. Eating only 50g of oats is also brutal, i usually eat 150g in one sitting. Wife is also filling cabinets and fridge with tasty food and i can't eat it.
I've tried drinking tons of water in between meals, it doesn't fucking work. How do you stop the urge to snack and binge?
