I bring my own towels so I don’t end up getting spots/rashes from going to the gym

      >try to talk while struggling mid-rep on the last rep
      wow, great easy solution bud

Bro it's not that hard to yell something quick like stop, let go, go away, etc even when struggling on a rep

Surprising you don't have a 70s bodybuilder physique to match your outdated training methods

yeah it was rep ranges that really made the difference

So what, you just get in the gym and do a couple of meme timed reps and call it a day?

                Anonymous

No I train near failure instead of to failure. You can do way more effective volume then burning yourself out early into your workout

        man it sucks so much
I would be lifting the bar on my fricking own if I couldn’t lift it or bail out of it. Fricking bar blessers coming over and giving my bar the magic finger

Sounds like you didn't "got it" if just breathing fricks your lift up. gay.

Get irrationally angry when someone does it, shout at the top of my lungs to stay the frick away from me, and tell him I know how to bail but obviously his dad didn't.

Then proceed to get kicked out of the gym and buy a homegym where no one will ever spot me ever.

I made a little sign that says "Don't spot me" and I stick it on the bench before my first work set
    Edit: I didn't really but it's a good idea, isn't it?

Hardly anyone else but me and another dude bench more than 2pl8

Other guys require spots for 2pl8, I don’t and anyone who has seen me knows I got it (and I look the part too)

When I do 3pl8 sometimes some brah will hang around close by, but ends up just watching in awe (nobody else does 3pl8) as I do my lift beltless and spotless

Just look not dyel and nobody is going to condescendingly try to spot you

I don't feel a difference benching with or without a belt. I bench 3pl8 weekly

I think I'm being constantly harassed by this one big guy. Every time I bench 50kg he spots me and stands directly over my face. On my last rep as he pulls the barbell up and squats down really close to my face. After I get up he rubs my shoulder and tells me I did a good job.
I'm too scared to say anything, what do I do?

some guy tried to walk up behind me on squats a few weeks back, had a top set of 365x5, and when I was done, I told him never approach me again, if I needed help, I’d ask.
He told me I didn’t have to be a dick, and I told he didn’t need to be a gayget.

I had a guy take a bar out of my hands while doing skullcrushers because he thought I failed a bench press for some reason. It scared the shit out of me because I thought it was alone. I gave him a dead arm and he never bothered me again.
