How do you train toughness? And I don’t mean “looking like a bad ass”. I mean hardiness, physical and mental fortitude. Ability to withstand pain, discomfort, and other not ideal situations. Think navy seals in training or Vietcong living in the jungle and eating bugs.
How do you increase your hardiness in this way? I feel like although I have muscle I’m not very tough. I wouldn’t survive if dropped in the middle of the woods.
