Dont listen to this anon, what you need is some amphetamines, sleep is a lie that they use to sell beds pillows and all their accessories by the sleepjew. If you don’t sleep you have even more time to do things and lift. If you combine frauding with amphetamines and no sleep you will achieve a new level of gains few before you have known

I unironically have a bottle of my ex's adderall she forgot she had here and I've been considering taking some on and off for weeks to help with my cut, though I'm doing pretty good at sticking under 1000cal/day

I’d just stick to your clean cut m8, if it’s working no point throwing on meds, especially since adderall can frick with your heart

I always wake up after 4,5 - 5h of sleep regardless of tips & tricks about sleep maxxing.

I can resume that sleep after 2-3h awake if I don't leave the bed. The only trick that has kind of worked is running a late afternoon 10k

    Any ideas?

        >Do you suffer from sleep apnea?
        How would I know
        >Do you take caffeine?
        One cuppa 14h before bedtime
        >Are you frauding?
        No
        >Is your sleep schedule consistent?
        Yes
        >What type of job do you work?
Paper pusher office job that I neither hate nor like. There are people that sleep like babies after doing an honest day's work. They really spend effort, I don't.

That's nice for you, and frick you. I've struggled with sleep for 20 years, don't think I've had more than a day or two in a row where I actually get a good nights sleep

    -1 hr: eat a banana
    -15 min: drink a coffee
    0 min: take a nap
    1 hr: wake up
    1.5 hr: go to gym
caffeine takes about an hour to kick in so go to sleep as soon as you drink coffee

just get off your ass, leave your house and go to the gym.
don't try to put in an actual high effort workout, do what you feel like doing, whatever it is. It's just to make sure you spend some energy and sleep good this night.

    >can't sleep
    >pull an all nighter
    >keep myself awake all day after
    >by 8pm go to bed
    >sleep like a baby
    >wake up at 6am refreshed and feeling amazing
Used to work like magic when I was a teen and messed my sleep schedule. It's harder to keep myself awake 30hours nowadays but still works if I manage

Energy drink and a 30 minute power nap so the caffeine kicks in when you wake up. Dont go heavy and skip exercises if necessary, I just do some light isolation stuff. Then you go to bed extra early.
