Omelets without the milk, I'll crack 5-6 locally raised eggs in the pan after greasing it with grass fed butter, when the egg pancake is mostly done, I'll toss in 1-2 oz. of cheese, and that's it. Maybe some chives or red bell pepper if I have some on hand, but eggs don't need much else.
The gordon ramsey video on youtube for scrambled eggs really changed my enjoyment. Its fricking amazing.

fried over easy. whites on their own are bland. yolks are a bit too flavorful. when you cook them over easy they get the perfect mix while retaining the form of an omelet.
Raw. I just cook some rice, put it in a bowl, then crack an egg or two on top with a dash of Maggi sauce. Mix the white in as you go and it's a perfect dish.
For breakfast my gf makes them either scrambled or sunny side up. For dinner she will hardboil and put them in a sale. Late night snack she will make them deviled.
