Scrambled most often but ive been changing it up with boiled and sliced on hard bread with hot sauce recently

Hardboiled mostly, topped with hot sauce or kimchi. But sunny side up on Sundays.

      Tasty

      Microwaved

      Never tried that way

Same, mixed with some oats. If you leave the yolks intact you can get that softboiled consistency, it’s a timesave.

Only problem is they cook unevenly sometimes.

Hard-boiled with hot sauce. I buy them that way at Costco. Less effort for a small cost.

Very good BUT never blend your eggs, you're denaturing the protein. At most stir gently with a fork to open the yolks.

You don't know that heat, acid, and vigorous kinetic energy denature proteins? This is high school bio 101.

Dumb b***h, all the protein is denatured the second it hits your stomach acid.

Omelets without the milk, I'll crack 5-6 locally raised eggs in the pan after greasing it with grass fed butter, when the egg pancake is mostly done, I'll toss in 1-2 oz. of cheese, and that's it. Maybe some chives or red bell pepper if I have some on hand, but eggs don't need much else.

fried over easy. whites on their own are bland. yolks are a bit too flavorful. when you cook them over easy they get the perfect mix while retaining the form of an omelet.

Raw. I just cook some rice, put it in a bowl, then crack an egg or two on top with a dash of Maggi sauce. Mix the white in as you go and it's a perfect dish.

I have eggs each and every way possible.
Scrambled for breakfast (and you won't see me adding milk or even worse, cheese, to my scrambled eggs, just butter salt and pepper)
Fried over easy goes on top of anything from stir-fry to steak.
Boiled eggs are a great snack
    Raw eggs in mayonnaise
Omelet packed with random vegetables and bacon

You can eat them with everything. When it comes to ingredients eggs are in the S-tier without question.

This. Eggs go with anything. Heard of some asians dumping a raw one one hot rice and mixing it in to semi cook it. Thinking of trying it, might be good.
