Yeah how does anyone eat granola, yogurt, and fruit? Fricking disgusting. Unlike pic related, which is a culinary masterpiece.

I make overnight oats with chocolate flavor protein powder and milk. I have it 5 days a week. Keeps me full the whole morning

    too lazy for overnight oats
i just take a big load of oats in the morning, add some milk and heat it for a minute on the microwave so it becomes at least somewhat pasty

then i stop breathing through my nose so i cant taste the shitty slop ive created and wolf it down in under a couple minutes
    voila

im the opposite, if the oats and milk get too thick i can barely get it in my mouth. i just do a cup of oats and cup of whole milk, sit in frdige for 10-15 minutes to soak up a bit, spoon of peanut butter then microwave for 30 sec

i might try that soaking thing, the thickness does slow me down a bit sometimes

the soaking is just because since i cook it for such a short time, the old fashioned oats are still hard

just do them overnight, then it actually has some flavor and you don't have to microwave at all

are the uncooked oats better for you or is it all the same shit

Most oats are basically pre cooked anyway. After being rolled they're steamed and then dried.
They only lose a tiny amount of nutrients during the steaming process though, I think it was about ~3% of iron and zinc from what I remember.
