    >pick an autistic beat

Industry standards are shit. Just need something you can turn into a brand, the music doesn't really matter.

Just don't like it. It's tough to get into newer rappers because they're so effeminate now and sound like they're being raped under water.

That was the good stuff. This guy and Earth Wind And Fire were pretty good. Not really gym music though. I usually listen to synthwave + metal music + 80s montage music when lifting.

    >best gym music
    >not metal
Not sure who that career felon you posted is, but if isn't metal it definitely is not the best gym music. If it's rap, then it isn't music at all.

Angry black men screaming in my ears about drugs and shit like that gets me hyped idk what to tell you. Listen to Bowser by XXXTentacion and Ski Mask and maybe you'll get what I'm talking about

By virtue of existing in the year 2022 you have to listen to morons screech about this and that all day long. Why would you subject yourself to it at the gym also? This is what's wrong with society. People lowering their standards of living because some monkey produced a catchy beat.

It doesn't sound angry to me. I like Lethal Injection by Ice Cube and some NWA songs but new rap just sounds wimpy to me. These guys sound like the equivalent of emo band singers to me. I much prefer bands like Lamb Of God or Children of Bodem for lifting but to each their own. Just different taste at the end of the day.

Jazz, Disco, Soul (like Earth Wind and Fire) are all pretty good and have great melodies and changes. I'd say give that a try. It's not great workout music but black people do make cool music. They're a musical people. I just don't like modern rap because it's so effeminate and whiny.
