    a lot of muscle and much less fat than you think.

    top left and top right are probably like 15-20% bodyfat, maybe a tiny bit more. bottom right maybe 20-25%. only bottom left is actually fat.

    so, in short, if you fraud and train hard and eat huge but not huge enough to actually get fat this is what you end up looking like. it's basically the "abs are too much effort" cul-de-sac of "bodybuilding".

    This physique is unironically one of the hardest to attain. These guys aren't just big. They're functionally strong. You need to do low rep high intensity training for five years or more.

        Not him, but Hardy did roid. He had lost a lot of weight for another role and needed to bulk up very fast for Bane. Look at his bacne during filming. But yeah, that physique is totally achievable natty within a year or two.
