                for reference. It's probably just as many potatoes so as to not feel hungry which can vary from person to person. You still need to be able to live your daily life on that diet, otherwise what would be the point?

    I was 158 at the start of the year I'm 131-132 now (5,6) this is what I did.

    >no bread no sugar limit dairy
    >exersise 4 to 5 times a week
    >eat around 1200 or so

    The only thing is I was really undereating for a while (600-800) before I started tracking so I'd do that.
