Only calipers and dexascans are worth anything, the feet/hands electrode crap is absolute crap. The one at my gym said i was 19% bf for reference, kek.

Jeez, I'm fairly certain mine is off but not by that magnitude. I mainly look for the downward trend but it varies 2-3% day to day. Gonna get calipers at some point but consistency with those seems tough as well.

He's prob roiding but I achieved a similar physique in about 8-9 years. Granted i don't train purely for aesthetics and could have achieved it in about 6 years if I didn't care about strength and overall performance.
The problem is that there's a grey area where beginner roiders with good genes and top tier natties with years under their belt basically look the same.
