      Weed can either make me ravenous, or allow me to eat nothing. It’s partially mindset.

      If you’re struggling to make changes or get things done, take a break from weed and after you’ve made it habit I.e. done the change daily for 21+ days start slowly introducing weed to your life again.
      Recognize where it causes problems and act accordingly. Quitting completely is best, but if you have to smoke late at night before bed to be productive during the day in your pursuits then do that.

      smoking ruins my sleep too like i might be knocked out but it's so true that you aren't well rested on weed sleep
      i like to get high after work while my food is cooking and enjoy 6-9pm buzzing away vibing a few times a week or get high at the weekend with people
      it makes no difference to my work or productivity i get more than enough done between ~6am and 6pm and if you can't then you're the one with productivity issues because nobody should be so busy they can't easily complete everything in that time

    I had a strong reliance on the shiot for years. Coming from a oneitis situation that was disastrous for me. A lot of depression and anxiety mixed together. Would rip the bong 6 or 7 times before going to university and was perpetually, and functionally high for quite a few years. It was when I went into higher education for my job that I'd start quitting for weeks at a time, but then woiuld start again.

    It was vaping that helped me stop, because vaping hurt my esophagus to a point that scared me. I guess it was the heat? I'd come back to it here and there but eventually my reliance really died. Currently I don't buy the stuff but if I'm with a best friend and hanging out, I'll hit the pipe or something. - and that's like every few weeks. I think my experiences with shrooms also helped kick that addiction.

    The current reliance/addiction I'm trying to kick is porn. It affected my boner sensitivity now that I have a horny gf, and gave me some fetishes I'm not proud of. That's my next goal - I wanna go three months at least without fapping or using porn. Goddamn it gets difficult

      when i'm high i can just hyper focus on one thing and forget about everything else
      get stunlocked by the sound of anything for an hour
      it's is great as long as i make sure i'm getting stunlocked by something cool and not a fan
      music is on another level when you're high and as long as i get into a dancing trance rather than immobilized in a couch it's extra euphoric

          let's hear the detailed reply about how weed influences hormone signals in your body
          it absolutely will do because everything you put into your body does
          whether it's sugar, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, sunlight, or anything else your body responds to it
          i'm sure on a basic level inhaling smoke raises my cortisol and stuff because my body thinks it's dying and it kinda is but it's not like it's a lot of smoking having a few spliffs a week
