How hard are the cannonball grip pullups?
Say you do normal weighted pullups with a 45 lbs plate 5x5 - how many cannonball pullups can you do bodyweight?

    You can’t compare them since grip becomes the limiting factor on the ball pull-ups. If you have a weak grip, you might only be able to do a couple. If you have a strong grip, then it would be just like a regular pull-up.

    Yesterday I did for the first time 10 weighted pull-ups with 46 lbs on, followed by 10 with 24lbs and another 10 just body weight, repeated the whole thing with chin ups struggling to get to 10 in all the sets, but I was so fucking proud of myself, couldn't imagine I was able to lift myself up like that, expecially cause I only weigh 138lbs. Step by step WAGMI.
