How hard is the "last" cut form 19-20% BF to <13?

How hard is the "last" cut form 19-20% BF to <13?

I was a fat frick with about 35%+ BF and over the last 12 months I lost all of it just by doing
>IM fast
>cardio
>calorie defecit
>high protein

I am now in the final stage where I want to get very lean and not have much exessive flab or fat on me. So how hard is it then since I've heard from anons that its much harder the less fat you have? Do I just continue my diet?

Pic is me now - I only started weights 1-1.5 months ago. Hard to tell but still quite a lot of fat on lower belly and chest and generally all over the body. If I bend over/sit it looks terrible.

The very 1st time will be tough, but once you get your cutting diet down and once your body gets used to being lean it's not too bad.
Imo going from 18% to 15% is pretty easy. Going from 15% to 10-12% is the real challenge.

      >15%
I feel like even at that point I will still have fat rolls etc when I sit down or bend over right? I am most probably 19-20% now.

The thing is that most people who think the are "like 15%" are in reality 20-25% bodyfat. It's hard to say what you mean with fat rolls because even bodybuilders with 4-6% bf may have "fat rolls" because what the frick is your definition of it? If you drink soda and have eaten and are holding water yeah your stomach won't look like 6-pack abs when sitting or bend over.

It's hard to say from your picture anyways. You look like you have 18 inch arms that are bigger than guys who have trained for 10+ years but obviously it's not true because you have trained only +1 month. You are probably ~25% bf stll. Yes you just continue your diet. Yes you are still looking at another half a year minimum to being very lean and it's only getting harder. You can still lose around 2% bf per month but the lower you get it will go down to 1% and then even just 0,5% loss per month.

Just an illusion really - arms squashed against body you know how it is. I do 12kg curls if it helps you measure my strength (manlet so it ain't too bad)

In terms of the fat loss do I just keep going then? As in I am 60 kg now (5.65'). I am gaining muslce that I can tell but I am losing fat quicker. I feel like if I keep going I will end up at 55kg which kinda worries me but I want to be lean so IDK what to do.

You have to lose all your fat. It's tough cause you don't have the most muscle possible, but you'll probably have to drop down to 55k or even 50kg to truly be lean with your muscle size. You'll be fine.

Ok thanks anon. I feel better than ever, I doubt 3-4 extra kilos of fat lost will suddentely give me a heart attack and kill me. There is always the option of upping my calories so I build more muscle (but still cut) but I have 5 months until beach and I really really need to be lean with muscle. I'll try what you suggested for a few months and see where it takes me - I am still consuming 150g of protein daily so I am bound to build a good amount of noob gains as I did with my arms for the last 1.5 months.

You're going to still build muscle even on a cut since you're relatively new so don't worry about it. You'll be underweight on the BMI chart, but as your muscle comes in you'll even out. You really won't even notice anything health wise. Lots of people are "underweight" and it's not like they are dropping dead. Most ottermode guys are underweight or low healthy BMI so keep doing what you're doing and get those abs. WGMI

Nope, I gain nothing from lying. I have been closly monitoring my weight. Started as 88kg 13 months ago I am now 60 kg (mornings, butt naked). This is why I am so surprised that I still have so much fat left on me. I guess little muscle + light bones?

Congratulations on losing all of that weight first and foremost, but the loose skin won't pretty much let you have a six pack. Maybe you have like 5kg to go?

To me that's mortifying. You don't think there's a way I build good amount of core muscles (keep in mind my abs are dogshit right now) + skin is somewhat elastic + i tuck the last bit under swimwear? I

With that much loose skin I really doubt it. I don't want to blackpill you, but it really is a lot. How old are you? Part of it will shrink, but it won't go away entirely and abs are not that huge to fill out that much skin.

He's fricked. He will never have a 6 pack because he was a pig in his past. This is why we say don't ever get fat. Even if you lose the weight, the scars will show one way or another

You'll need surgery. No amount of dieting will fix your stomach flab

Is right, you'll probably need skin reduction surgery later down the line.
But good job on losing the fat.

Thanks bros. Perhaps I will up my calories a little so I don't lose the raminder too quick. My only cope is that I've done such a weight loss transformation before (probably was a bit fatter now) and I had absolutely 0 loose skin in skeletal mode. Perhaps I have really good skin genetics but I am probably just coping. I am 26 now, was 19 when I did it.

Lose the remainder and start CLEAN bulking (200kcal surplus) and do cardio while lifting. You'll look much better when you fill up with muscle mass.

                for reference. Google this.

A panniculectomy is more expensive than a tummy tuck, but it's often covered by medical insurance. The cost can range from $8,000 to $15,000, plus anesthesia and other extras. A tummy tuck is less expensive but is not covered by insurance. This elective procedure costs on average around $6,200.

Bros I am checking it out but are you sure this shit is even designed for me? The pics are posted are really unflatering but if you look at the first shirtless pic I really don't think its going to be so bad. Time will tell but aren't these surgeries for when you have frick tons of skin, i will just have a little bit I think just at the bottom.

It's tough. You'll have to double time all your efforts for minimal progress. Your body hangs on to fat harder the less you have, so expect muscle loss even with a high protein diet. Keep at it and eventually you'll get there, but it won't be easy.

    >first recalculate your TDEE if you haven't yet
    >switch to high incline low impact cardio, 12% incline with 2 to 3mph
    >try 24 or 36 hour fasts
    >do ab workouts if you aren't already

I'm in your shoes, and my abs are getting better everyday. Right now I'm
5'7, 151lbs. Even though i have ok ab definition now, I'm not expecting to fully lose my love handles until 140 to 130lbs. That's how much all the lean ottermode guys weigh anyways
