Proper form, not doing exclusively low reps, and having a lower body flexibility routine.

    >American AV actress Riley Reid (Riley Reid) has a string of Chinese characters tattooed on the back, along the spine all the way to the buttocks. It looks quite sexy. Just look closely at the Chinese content, but it is "lemons make lemonade when life brings you ", a confusing sentence, originally translated from an English proverb: "When Life Gives You Lemons, Make Lemonade." translated into Chinese means "When life gives you lemons, you can make it Lemon special tune", which means that life will inevitably encounter unsatisfactory things, but thinking about it from another angle can also turn it into a good thing.

Do you really think that you will be able to squat and deadlift the next 10-20 years? Why not directly stopping them and doing split squats and rdls instead?

      >Do you really think that you will be able to squat and deadlift the next 10-20 years?

Don't squat or DL, it's a meme all newbies fall for.
For a big back do weighted pullups, for legs leg press, extensions and curls are more than enough.
Nobody is impressed by your 3pl8 squat beside other 20%+ BF bear powerlifters.

      >Don't squat or DL, it's a meme all newbies fall for.

I am not committed to deads and squats.

Are there beginner lifting programs that only involve spine- and knee-friendly lifts?

Just replace squats and deadlifts with hack squats, split squats and rdls

There is literally nothing funnier than a "big" guy who's weak. And btw, I can tell from your physique and the way that you walk that your weak, it's clear as night and day

Agreed. I'm small and weak(for IST standards)but training 1 compound lift for strength every session in a closed environment outside society for 1 year and then returning to the world made me realise that the average men are pathetically weak. For reference I'm 72kg and can pull 1/2/2.5/3

Might be the Napoleon syndrome in me but I couldn't comprehend how people with at least +20kilos on me trained accessories with same weight as me. Either they really weak or just avoiding training hard. Which is also weak in my books. Didn't bother to ask anyway but got some comments oh you strong anon.

Also I clearly remember on summer many people were surprised (even disbelieved) I'm around 10kg less than them and looking bigger than them. I'm also 171cm for height reference.

I did everything that people suggested, avoiding squats and DLs, took care of my core and did back stretches religiously.

I got diagnosed with L4/5 disc hernia last year. I cannot sit for more than an hour at a time now. Considering offing myself in a bit if it doesn't improve

      What caused it?

Frick knows. It happened after a set of DB bench press of all things, but it was probably just the last straw. I lead a sedentary lifestyle outside of gym, but I did my best to care about my back health and it was all for nothing.
        I am 30 btw
