Ive been doing this for 2 years now and there's nothing wrong happening and don't feel any health issues going on. I drink many water as I can because I sweat a lot during the times when I work out. My body clearly has adapted to this routine, and I still feel healthy, no pain, nothing at all. Also, your piss only gets clear when you excessively drink water without taking a break, thus causing you to take a piss many times in just a few minutes later

What about mineral water? I usually drink it if it's too hot outside with a bit of soda
