I'm thinking more and more about buying a homegym because I hate going to mine, it's always crowded and there's nothing left to use.
What should I need for a home gym? Rack/Bench/BB/ adjustable db and that's it no? I don't see what i can add, I should be able to do most exercise no?

Might go for a plastic one so I don't break it accidentally

Its fricking wonderful. You can go whenever you want. You can flex and frick around like you want. I often just browse IST and do sets for 3 hours, its cozy af. Also miring myself after every set in the mirror.

It's so much better than going to a commercial gym
    >can work out wearing as little clothing as I want
    >can listen to any music I want
    >never have to wait for equipment to be free
    >don't have to plan my entire day around going to the gym, I just get home and work out

Its cheaper in the long run. But you also have less equipment, so it works best with a minimalist routine focused on barbell/calisthenic-style stuff rather than machines. Not having to commute to the gym is convenient, but personally I find that homegym workout sessions take longer since I'm more likely to goof off and do other things between sets rather than focusing on getting in and out.

Also a downside is you don't get to mog people at the gym.

    >gym membership
    >home gym
    >gym home

More convenient but it depends on your ideal home gym setup. I would start off with a minimalist home gym setup so you get an idea what you're expecting. Mine is a pull-up/dip tower, plates and a dip belt so for weighted calisthenics.
