eating bull testicles gives an increase to test, but taking concentrated testosterone is not considered natty

        No it doesn't.

It does, obviously its barely effective. But that’s also the case with trying to creatinemaxx by eating beef

            >It does, obviously its barely effective.
It's not effective at all. The testicles don't store testosterone, they create it in the leydig cells and immediately release into the bloodstream. The only testosterone that would be in bull testicles are minute quantities that left the leydig cells but never had a chance to enter general circulation due to the death of the bull. basically whatever nanograms were in the blood of the testicles at time of death.
Think about it, the average human male has 600 ng/dl of testosterone in the blood at any one instant. (A bull has similar amounts)
That's 600 nanograms of testosterone in 100 milliliters of blood (half a cup).
600 nanograms is 0.0006 mg of testosterone in half a cup of blood.
If you drained a cup of blood out of your body there would only be about 0.001 mg of testosterone in that cup. That's tiny, unmeasurable without fancy expensive equipment.
There's only 20 mg of testosterone in 40 lbs of bull testicles. (see pic)
The oral bioavailability of testosterone is 5% so only about 1 mg of testosterone can be absorbed from eating 40 lbs of bull testicles.
A typical basic beginner steroid cycle is 500 mg per week, which is 71.5 mg per day.
To mimic this cycle you would have to eat 2860 lbs of bull testicles per day.
A feasible amount of bull testicles one can eat in a day is around 2 lbs which contains 0.05 mg of testosterone which is nothing compared to the 5 to 10 mg the human body makes per day. If you make 7 mg of testosterone then eating 2 lbs of bull testicles will increase your testosterone to 7.05mg. The guys injecting 500 mg per week are getting at least 50 mg of testosterone per day once the enanthate or whatever ester is cleaved off.
            Basically, liver king is moronic.

i don't know, what about you? is pinning 500mg of test-e natty then too because hey testosterone is naturally in our body?

You can get 5 g of creatine from eating 2 lbs of beef per day (many people on the carnivore diet do this). Therefore, doing a normal natural activity such as eating meat can give you an effective dose, therefore creatine is natural. Prehistoric humans eating a lot of buffalo or cows could get significant amounts of creatine.
Injecting testosterone is an artificial activity. It's not possible to get that amount of testosterone into your body partaking in natural human activities.
So, taking creatine is natural and injecting testosterone is not natural.

Creatine is a natural part of metabolism. Our body uses it for mechanical work all the time. Consuming creatine supplements just gives our body more of it.

      5g
it doesn't matter your weight, age or anything
5g is the golden standard, your body stores it overtime, less reduces efficiency, more is pointless
no you don't need to take huge front load dosages, this is a myth and doesn't do shit
it's scientifically impossible to speed up creatine gains, the improvements come little by little over long term consumption
      tl;dr 5g

You're moronic and don't understand how creatine works. Creatine is stored in skeletal muscle until it reaches complete saturation. More muscle mass allows you to store more creatine. It scales. Most people don't know what their actual muscle mass is so simply it can be ~0.05-0.1 grams of creatine / kg of bodyweight.

Mate you don't need to be autistic about it. Work it out once and only change it if you gain 5+ kg of muscle mass. Take your 5g dyel. I'll be over here taking 10g.

Do you take it all at once or throughout the day? I am loading right now, so I take 20g at one go, but it would be easier and more palatable to take it throughout the day

Neither are true dyeltard. Creatine is stored in skeletal muscle to be used in our energy system to create more ATP. It basically allows you say sprint for a second longer or do another rep.
