It's not effective at all. The testicles don't store testosterone, they create it in the leydig cells and immediately release into the bloodstream. You're moronic and don't understand how creatine works. Creatine is stored in skeletal muscle until it reaches complete saturation. More muscle mass allows you to store more creatine. It scales. Most people don't know what their actual muscle mass is so simply it can be ~0.05-0.1 grams of creatine / kg of bodyweight.
