Took me about 1-2 months, and that's only going by """""noticeable""""" standards. Around 6 months I actually started seeing myself get significantly bigger.

When I started I never thought I was getting "bigger", but when I saw someone who I hadn't seen in a year the first thing they said was, "Damn, you've put on a lot of muscle" So, after like 6 months try to find someone who hasn't seen you in a while and see what they say.

Depends on the kind of change and how often the person sees you.
Losing fat takes about 15 pounds for someone you see everyday to notice the change, but less for someone who only occasionally sees you.

fatso here, for the first 4 months of lifting and eating healthy I couldn't see any progress, shortly after I saw some rapid changes, like my head was screwed on the body of someone else.

3 weeks for you 3 months for others 6 months to get into probably what is the best shape of your life.

My, purely anecdotal, experience is it takes 3 months to start showing changes in physique. Whether it be from just starting lifting, or changing a program, the 3 month mark is where visual progress becomes noticeable.

It's been 4 months for me and all my shirts are much tighter and I have to go up a pants size now. Maybe after I cut I can wear my old pants, but at the moment it's not feasible.

Took like 9 months for myself to see noticeable changes, 15 months for others to notice that I must have started lifting, almost 20 for the first compliments and close to 30 to not look DYEL anymore

I started noticing changes within 2 months but I started super dyel with lower body fat so everything was more visible
other people started saying noticing things around 4 months but also everybody in my life knows I started lifting so they might just be complimenting me without actually seeing it.
I think it mostly depends on your body type

gained 5 kilos in 3 months. I think most of it was muscles or at least glycogen filling them. It was noticeable, since I started as skeleton

With weight loss, it felt like it got faster and faster as I lost it.

This was over the course of losing like 110 pounds total.

First 30 pounds, no one noticed, I could barely tell. 30-60, people started to see it, my clothes felt better, but I didn't really see it myself. 60-90 was when it really started to show for me, and started to be a difference every two weeks (also the shitters started trying to get me to stop).

The last 20 pounds took me from being chubby to being in shape, and it was an amazing difference that I felt like I could see improvements on almost a daily basis. Was kinda mind blowing.

Ive been lifting since I was 16 (29 now), but I took a 12 month break recently and got back into the gym last week
    >literally after the first workout day, I notice my arms/bis/tris/shoulders/chest/back all a little tighter and more taut
So, noticeable to you would be literally after one day. But Im starting to see visible changes noticeable to others after only 1 week.
