Depends on your goals and overall program.

Stop looking for simple, black and white answers. There aren't any.

Not to sound homosexual but intuition (go by feel). Sometimes i'm bursting with energy and can fit all my lifts in a short 30 min time. Sometimes I'm "not feeling it" and need to take extra rest time between sets, up to 1.5hr total.

I guess it also depends what your goals are. I'm just a filthy casual who is happy with being a IST ottermode who lifts 3x/week.

      >having eyeballs is harassment
If I wanted to rape you, I would. It would not be hard at all. Fricking stupid b***hes like this forget they spend their lives surrounded by people who could rip them in half without a struggle, but pretend that those same people simply existing is a personal and deliberate assault. I wish someone would actually assault them so they could learn the difference. Not even a Kazakhstani but this shit pisses me off. It's like when women whine about not being able to walk alone at night in dangerous areas, because men exist? You think because I have a dick and balls I'd survive some psycho or some gang jumping me? It's intimidating for anyone when a stranger approaches you at night, not just women. Just a complete lack of empathy or self awareness.

It's not the bawds in yoga pants who are complaining, it's the ugly fat women who are jelly that they get no attention

complaining about it is just a means to tell others how someone found you attractive. a humble brag of sorts.

This goes for most things. The problem is people want some autistic schedule they can stick to because they can't cope with the fact that getting IST takes time and effort. So they have this need for the absolute optimal training plan to cut some some corners

It takes me 90-120 minutes but I'm doing fullbody twice a week.
If it takes you 90 minutes 4 times a week you're fricking up unless you're elite.

      Full Body
      120 - 150mins

Depends on your rest time. 30m-1.5h Majority of that time should be resting, fi it's not you're probably fatigued that any of the later exercises are falling short due to fatigue rather than strength.

    >how long should a session take?
You should have a gym at home and at your office so that you can be lifting all day. If you can't get everything you need to do done between sets you're NGMI.

I lift in the mornings before work, so I have to keep it to around an hour during the week. I take my time on the weekends and they usually last around 2 hours. But I enjoy lifting, and I lift by myself because homegym master race, I find it to be kind of like meditation, but with loud heavy metal music.

Most people that lift in gyms are insta tourists.
    They like the image.
They'll spend hours on the phone sitting on their ass taking up a rack.
All they do is bench and dl.
Takes them 2 hours to do 6 sets
