        2-3 months for yourself
        6-10 for others
this is for small noticeable gains
respectable gains will take 2-4 years of consistency

Don't forget you lose it shortly after quitting so you'll be lifting for the next 30 years.

I know guys who started looking amazing 4 months in, and those who are still in DYEL mode after 2 years. It all depends on your genetics. It's very much possible that you don't have the genes for it.
      >inb4 nooo waahh they ate different
Nope, I know a pair who lived together, and ate the same food, and did the exact same workouts.

Also, he's right. Gym is a waste of money if you are unsure about your genes. A DYEL occupying space also does a disservice to people who can actually gain muscle. Buy a pair of rings, and a pullup bar.

When you have nothing in your life, you don't want additional difficulty, there's no virtue in mental breakdowns when everyone else is having fun.

If getting a good body were easy everyone would have one and it wouldn't mean shit that you have one too.

cca a month or two. If youtrain regulary every 1-2 days your muscles get swollen constant. Maybe it noz gains already in mass but in volume visible .
Test it on people you met for a while. You see yourself daily but who not see you often will notice the smaller changes like "Hey Anon, long time no see, whats you been? I see you getting leaner"

The only novice lifters who should cut are fat fricks.
You are wasting time cutting if you are already small
