Why do you even care? If you've never lifted beginner gains can usually kick in after a few months

Much longer than it takes you to have a nice day for posting another coomer trash off-topic, "I've tried nothing and I'm all out of solutions" thread. So just do that and save yourself the trouble. Put a tarp down first to make cleanup easy for whoever finds you.

The average normie benches 405 nowadays, and that’s the ones who don’t work out
The average normie is 6% bodyfat

Took me 2.5 years to go from really skinny to no longer DYEL. It went like this: after 9 months I started noticing I look better, after 15 months first people (friends) noticed that I must have _started_ lifting and after like 30 months most people knew I lift by looking at me.

    >be fat 5”11 alcoholic at 110kg at my worst
    >literally just stop drinking beer every day and start reducing calories
    >outside of maybe muscle memory and noob gains i literally can not be putting on muscle as i’m in a deficit
    >did lose over 25kg though of fat, and people started saying i’m jacked
normalgays dont have a clue. i’m still around 18-20 bodyfat (85kg at 5”11). you guys would call me a fat dyel. keeping in mind people always vastly underestimate their bf.
all i want is to get to 14-15% bf and THEN i’ll bulk back up. then sit around a sustainable ~15% bodyfat so i’m lean enough for normgroids to think i lift, but also not auswitz mode.

guess how I know that you don't lift

Progress isn't linear. It's going to be more like
      >year 2: you look like you lift under good lighting, and shirtless
      >year 2, 3, n... : same as before
      >many bulk and cut cycles and many routines later: you look muscular even in a shirt

Depends on the starting point. Usually 1-3 years to look in shape and 4-10 years to look jacked (though most people don't get there)

I don't fricking know. What is your current BF% and FFMI? People tend to look athletic at an FFMI of 20 and 15% BF. That'll take you about 1-2ish years depending on where you're starting. Another 1 year will probably take you to 21ish and then 2-5 years to 22. You look like you lift at 21 and it's abundantly obvious that you lift at 22.
