I'm working out +20 minutes a day, i will up it over time to 30 & so on. Also I'm taking daily walks/hikes. I only drink water , but will switch to green tea to burn a few extra calories a day. I am eating around 1500-1600 sometimes a little less, Sometimes rarely i fast for like 24 hours & i don't binge after.

It was doable in a few months for me. Went from 150lb to 130lb but I work out way more than the 20 minutes you’re doing currently. I workout 5 to 6 days a week, serious lifting + martial arts for cardio. Usually an hour or two each day! However, you can workout for an hour every day and not get fit because you’re not working out hard enough. So it’s a balance. I didn’t intend on loosing weight initially, it sort of just happened with a good diet and lots of exercise. Make sure you’re eating healthy and getting good sleep too.
A year or so. Your exercise is enough. This is mostly about fixing your diet from whatever you were eating to salads.

Ok so first you need to think about your bone structure and understand that even when you get to a great level of fitness you are still going to have that as your base shape. For example I have wide hips and broad shoulders so I will never ever look like the girl on the right in your OP pic.
At my fittest I was 5'5" at 120lbs. I trained cardio 3 hours a day 4 days a week. Additionally I did calisthenics 5 days a week for at least an hour (this was way back in the day before I started lifting). Didn't track food but back then I ate like garbage because my mother hated me and wouldn't let me eat enough meat because that was for her precious baby boy. I subsisted on watered down milk, copious amounts of carbs and lots of free fruit. Lucky for me we had free lunch at school so I didn't starve.
When I did start lifting I stayed around 130-135lbs and trained for an hour to an hour and a half four days a week. Cardio was 30-60 minutes 6 days a week depending on how I felt. I ate about 1500cal a day at that time.
These days I'm fat again because I had 3 babies back to back and I suffered an abdominal injury during my last birth (lmao 4 hours of pushing and repositioning). I'm stuck doing recovery exercises for now so I can heal up enough to be able to start lifting again.
The gist of this is that you need to exercise more. You need to be training at minimum an hour to two hours every day if having a body like that is your goal. You are asking how to become an athlete, and the only way is to be dedicated and to train seriously. If you push yourself and get to two hours a day you will see results in a year or so, maybe longer depending on your genetics.

If I have to train for 2 hours a day I don't think I could make it happen I'm sadly already busy as is & already can't even find time to do the things I want to do.

Sure, if you are already lean and eating so few calories already. But if you are overweight like OP then cardio isn't worth the effort for weight loss because you can do 2 hours of walking, get home and sit down for 10 minutes and eat all those calories back because you are exhausted. Actual swimmers lift weights too. To look good you need to be lean and muscular. Diet takes care of the lean part and nothing is as effective at building muscle as lifting, simple as.

Realistically it depends on how competent you are but anywhere from 6 months to never, but probably a year or a year and a half. I would recommend you try fasting to lose weight and incorporate barbell thrusts.

IDK what you are doing for exercises, but I would privilege lifting/weights over cardio, as they will raise your basal metabolic rate (which is the number of calories you burn throughout the day even when you're just sitting around). Putting on some muscle is really the best thing you can do for weight loss along with mild caloric deficit. Don't be one of the girls who is doing all the exercises with 5lb dumbbells, as they're not going to take you very far... depending on what your body goals are, I would say deadlifting, squats, shoulder+bench pressing w/ DBs, pullups, and rows are a great set of compounds to begin with. Don't worry about "getting too bulky", as you will probably not unless you are on steroids or eating a ton.
Do your cardio after weights and go for 30 minutes minimum. When you go into the gym, your body has energy stored in the muscles in the form of glycogen, which is more useful to lifting work than it is for cardio, so if you do cardio work first you'll use up muscle glycogen and your lifting work will be very difficult and bad. Cardio, on the other hand, can go fine without significant glycogen stores.

What are you worried about with the gym? I am an advanced lifter and have been doing it for over a decade, and I get being self-conscious about having your body on display or looking foolish or weak trying to learn exercises, but you kind of have to do it or accept the body you have. It gets easier as you get more of the body you want as well as stronger and more knowledgeable. Unfortunately you are not going to see dramatic results if you are doing things at home for 20 minutes

I'll definitely do fasting later on down the road for faster results, I'm just doing 500-600 calorie deficit for a little bit.

Jeez :(( I'm trying to work my way up there I suck at exercising, my legs get so sore & wobbly 🙁 I try to hike and take long walks to make up for it though for now anyways.

Theres your first problem. You want to burn up your fat stores so shrink your fat cells yet you are resupplying them with saturated fats and trans fats. Have some roast chicken breast and rice instead so it is clean carbs and lean protein. Instead of sugar spiked buns and fatty chicken coating. Fat cells don't disappear they only shrink when their fuel stores are used up. Best to think that way when you diet with what you eat.

You need to reconsider this. The body adapts very quickly to walking and running. Studies have shown there is little difference in calorie burn between African tribes that go out hunting all day and office workers that go out sitting all day. The body is incredibly efficient at adapting which is why progressive overload is key to continuous improvement.

i mainly eat a chicken sandwich everyday it's only 440 cals. Sometimes i have a lemonade or something with it if I'm feeling spontaneous or special that day. Good advice though, Something i definitely do need to work on. I don't like very much food , i do like eggs, maybe ill just eat eggs everyday? Idk i really need to just do some research on foods.

When you are obese af, simple calorie counting works so well because there is so much to lose and the body is so deconditioned that any improvement is huge gains.
But at least going by your pic, when you are fairly close to being your best, its when the finer details matter with food macros and exercises needs to have progressive overload. Which is why for example treadmill is better for running on than a park track as you can increase the incline which puts on a progressive load to a point.
Deadlifts, squats, ab work, bench press, its all required if you want to look your genetic best.
