I did. The only things that come up are that bicycle kicks are definitely a better workout than crunches, but I'm already doing 600 crunches daily so I just want to replace one with the other. If you're not going to help at least sage your posts so you're not bumping my thread you jerk.

How does your core look after that? How long you been doing it for? I really need to get on core work but I’m such a b***h about it

A little over 8 months. I do alright, but I remember being younger and having way more definition, but that's because I did all kinds of shit back then. >But I'm such a b***h about it
Dude same I started this crunch shit because it's simple and expedient. These dead bugs feel really fricking good but I wonder about its expediency. Gonna keep it going. It's hard to be lazy about being fit.

dead bugs work out your whole core and are safe to do millions of because they are low impact
they are easily the best core exercise alongside hanging leg raises
couple them with side planks

Nice, my cores my weakest part and I train it the least so I really gotta get on it, something about it never feels good though whereas like hitting shoulders crazy hard or back feels so right. And I wouldn’t go to the gym for an ab day if do it at home and it’s funny it’s not that I don’t do abs out of laziness it’s the fact that I don’t want to sweat because then I’d have to shower lol
first tell me why do we build castles in the sky
To create dreams, hopes, or plans that are impossible, unrealistic, or have very little chance of succeeding.
