You're just gonna look moronic if you do squats for ten minutes. Learn to do a dragon squat instead.

Yeah but that involves balance which is just a variable I want to remove. Like an old person can’t imagine how difficult it would be to do a pistol squat / dragon squat, I want them to be able to relate to how much I mog them, terms they can really understand.

dude, pistol/dragon squats and that superior balance IS the endgame, why would you avoid that
        that's some brain-melting physics-defying shit to a normie

dragon is 10 times harder than pistol
it's unreal how hard it is

that's the opposite of what you should want

The only time I went all out on BW squats I managed 150ish reps. I don't think that's considered especially good by any standard.

Keep in mind that endurance is a completely different adaptation from strength, even in the "high rep" hypertrophy ranges.

      >dragon squat
I'm pretty close to one and no, it's not just balance. Your glutes need to be especially strong and the connective tissue in your knees needs to be bulletproof.

      >Learn to do a dragon squat
Because that way you will only look moronic for 10 seconds.

Handstand pushup is the best normie-killer feat.

The most normie impressive things are like holding your breath underwater, jumping, clean and press, deadlifting.

This. Power Clean and Muscle Snatch are also great. Girls love it if you can effortlessly Muscle Snatch their bodyweight. And if you casually re rack 100kg with a fast and easy power clean every one will stare at you, like you are some kind of alien.

being able to lift a girl from the ground with one arm by hugging them and pulling to keep them in place is enough,to most normies it looks just like pic rel from my experience

I know this is bait, but the best way to impress normoids with no equipment would be something like handstand push-ups.

i just do bb squats now but when i didnt have access to a barbell i just used to do intermediate shrimp squats

these remove the balance part that makes stuff like pistols or full shrimp squats harder
but you are still just pushing your bodyweight with just one leg so the strength part is still there, just dont bounce from your knee
i also just grabbed a dumbbell in one hand to make them harder if i felt like it
