    You don't even need to read enough to have multiple sources, especially 'conflicting sources', you're just making it hard for yourself. Go on tdeecalculator.net and put in your stats, eat 500 calories less than what you get for sustainable results, or more than 500 calories less if you don't have that much to lose and just want it lost quick.

        You're either lying to yourself or there's a lot of ghost calories (oil, etc) in what you're eating. What do you usually eat in a typical day?

          I eat the exact same thing everyday

          Breakfast
          Oats (50g)
          Scoop of whey
          Protein+ milk

          Lunch
          3 servings of fruit (banana, apple, mandarin, pear, kiwifruit)
          200g Greek Yoghurt

          Dinner
          Chicken
          Carrots
          Broccoli

          Plus a protein shake before bed

        That's barely a pound even if you counted right. The body fluctuates by 1-3 lbs every day based on the food you eat and what is still in your gut

      No. I have a screwed up appetite and I'd eat 5k calories per day in clean food if I weren't careful
