    I usually go for a 6 mile run once a week and do sports practice on Sunday for 2 hours. Lift 3-5 days a week.

    cant unfortunately. diabetic feet. im 5'10 76kg with abs yet running feels like im 150kg. i do average 13 000 daily steps throughout the year.

    It's limited but flexible.
    If I'm pushing my limits on running I'm doing it 3-4 times a week and lifting only twice with very little of that going to true failure and capping leg related lifts at 8-10 sets a week.
    If I'm bulking or trying to get bigger I cut running down to 2 days a week and lift 3 or 4 but try to keep my weekly milage up with walking.

    When I deload or just have too much going on to really put serious effort into any of it 2 and 2.

    I did 4 for the longest time but once I got to 40 miles per week it became insane to average 10+ miles every run so I am now at 5 runs per week.

    currently only once a week outside of gym sprints/agility. now that the weather is getting better a week looks like:
    M-lift, run
    T-lift, rugby practice
    W-rest, run
    T-lift, rugby practice
    F-lift, run
    S-rugby game. if no game, lift and run
    S-rest or bike/swim

    I've only been rooning a few months and am training for a half in 4 months, so don't want to add leg weights til that's over lest I frick myself.

      maybe if you get up to 120 average heart rate otherwise it's worthless essentially any endeavor such as mountain climbing or most sports for that matter is higher

        My lifting is pretty mild. Maybe a 40 minute routine just focusing arms and chest. If I try to incorporate squats or deadlifts then I just die.

        Running is all big miles slow pace.

        macro split is 40/35/25 carbs/protein/fats @ 2600 calories

        in a slight deficit because im vain and summer is coming up
