6 days a week. Every day gets 30-40 minutes on rowing machine, and alternate between upper and lower body each day. Already lean, trying to get sculpted.

I like running a lot so I lift Mon/Wed/Fri and run 3-5x a week depending on my mood.

Lifting is like 45-60mins for me, runs can be anywhere from 20-90mins.

I do pull&legs/push then two days off & repeat. So I do it twice every 8 days, not on a weekly setup. I use mostly machines so I can't talk about most of my lifts because they don't mean much. But my underhand lat pulldown is 120kg for 8 reps & hack squat is 4 plates a side for 9 reps.

squat 50 reps in one set and then grind out sets of 25 until I can't walk

6 days a week 2 hours a day, I gave myself bad body dysmorphia so any less and I'm just existing in a constant state of anxiety. 1/2/3/4 for 5x5 I don't max out because I'm not a powerlifter, I train low reps for strength a lot but maxing out often is more risk than it's worth for me imo. Maybe 2-3 times a year I'll max out and I haven't at all this year.

i dont know man 3 or 6 frick
i get so much better results training 3 times a week but i just fricking love going to the gym so i usually go 6 times
i have been trying to lower the volume each workout so if i go 6 times i still do the same amount of exercises as i would if i went 3 times. hard to compare if its been good or bad would need to experiment for years to get statistically significant result.

4 days a week, every other day. I do cardio in-between lift days. It's not always consistent, if I'm sore I'll do light cardio and lift the next day. I'm over the autistic strict days meme

    7 about 30-90 minutes.
If we're talking 1rms, don't know and don't care. I'm not a powersharter. 10rms depends on the lift, bar/machine, where it falls into my routine that day, outside stressors, etc. I just go in and hit 2RIR on my lifts and add sets until I'm too pumped to add another good set. Usually 3-10 sets post warmup per muscle group.

I've just lost 10 kgs by exercising at home and with calorie deficit --approximately 1 kg per week.
But being a fat frick, I still need to lose 6 more to to fit in in the "normal" spectrum in the BMI.
But emotionally I'm a wreck since then, I don't know if that's because of the weight loss or something else, but I spend most of my days sleeping if not working, since being awake feels depressing, and there are huge mood swings.
Will I finally be able to look myself in the eye after reaching the "normal" level, ISTizens? Anyone went through some transformation, let me know your experience.

The cross symbolises the moment Jesus Christ made becoming an atheist part of divinity thus completing the process of making humans able to attain access to heaven. The cross represents that no matter how far down you far into darkness, you're still on a path that leads to divinity.

Is it really beneficial to do cardio and lifting that way? I thought you'd be limiting your gains for both that way.

Probably I don't see why it wouldn't be. I don't really believe in rest days. Athletes don't take any days off and they work out harder than I do. I don't see why I wouldn't push myself daily

I have started after a long break. I decided to go easy. I made a list of 20 exercises and a reasonable weight for each. Every day I do 2 reps of 2 exercises. Takes 3 minutes. So it takes 10 days to cycle through the list. This has changed everything. There's no need to waste a bunch of time and energy on more reps.
