>Do you do cardio?
I do sprinting since running is gay, literally catabolic and anti-test and the longer you run the gayer it is >OW MY KNEE
>my gym doesn't have a sled
bro I swear to fricking god I pay this trash gym so much money when I could have bought like 5 racks and weight sets by now after all these years and they still have the same shitty equipment since before I even started going there
It's crazy, these people are probably just pocketing the money instead of enhancing their gym
5-6 days out of the week. 2-5 hours at a time. cardio and full body every day, but I change the focus of the workout daily. One day might have an emphasis on shoulders or forearms or something, but I still knock out active muscle recovery exercise for all of my other major muscle groups.
7. 6 days morning runs with the dog to and afternoon lifting sessions at the gym. Sundays, since the gym is closed, just do a light run throwing balls to the doggo.
dogs are not made for long runs so i hope you dont abuse it
my father used to take our old dog for long walks where he would ride a bicycle and one day when it was hot outside our dog would get heart attack and die
dont take your dog for long cardio sessions, its not good for him. dogs can run fast, but not for long distances. humans can run for fricking 20+ kilometers at once, not a single one animal on earth could do that, so consider not taking your dong for running
I go to gym 3 times a week, and do the Stronglifts program, after the first 2 workouts I hop on the treadmill and run as fast as I can. I hope to push 2 km under 8 min.
I do this to get from ~20% body fat to something under <15%.
5 days a week calisthenics, 25-40min each workout depending on the rest periods i wanna try. for cardio i simply play soccer every now and then with friends.
My inspiration are silver era lifters so it's usually 3x full body since I hate, hate, hate lifting two days in a row. It's not low volume though so it takes 1.5-2 hours. No cardio, my heartrate is high enough from the short rests.
I have some weights, a pullup bar and a weights bar at home(though not many plates).
I do pushups, crunches, pull ups and some exercises with the weights every single day for about an hour and a half. Have not had a single break day since early April when I got the bar. Will have to stop in a few weeks tho because conscription.
5 days a week, 1 ½ hours. I bike to the gym (which is about 2 Kms so I guess that counts)
>How many days a week do you workout?
4
>For how long?
1.5-2 hours
>Do you do cardio?
I do sled push/pull to warm up sometimes
Summer Hart.
And yes, she does.

5 days a week. 1 1/2 hours. Yes I do cardio on the treadmill or bike for about 10-20 minutes after my workout.

We go on the early mornings, it's cold and the sun is just warm.
Thanks for the concern.

5 not including cardio. 30 minutes to 2 hours. Then 30-60 minutes of cardio 3x a week
everyday 45 min + 15 min cardio
no break
Varies
But usually around 5-6 for an hour

3 days
1.5 hour
lifting heavy weights is cardio
5 days (Mon through Fri), 1.5 hours each session, and for cardio I run outside 3-5 times a week for 30-60 min.
I don't even lift weights, I just go there to take pictures of the girls' butts
Dangerously high test
I have a 5 day program, but on a good week I get 4 days in. Duration is around 1 hour. No cardio (with two kids I'm already pushing it).
4
except my fourth one is just me doing indian pushups, squats, pull ups, and then doing some sprinting or swimming
3 days lifting
2-4 days moderate cardio
4 times
45 minutes or so, depending on the set progression
god bless myoreps
Ppl split. High volume
Friday - push
Saturday- pull
Sunday - legs
Monday - rest
Tuesday - push
Wednesday - pull
Thursday- rest.
I do my cardio after weights on a stairmaster for 5-10 or until I cant step anymore.

what kind of fricked order are these days in
Around 5-7
Program calls for 6 days but I sometimes skip legs and instead do cardio in the form of biking
And most are about 1.25 hours, except cardio, that's like 2 hours
