    Indefinitely. Ive seen the anime. It can be done in intervals and doesnt specify the running speed. If this is all you had to do, you can do them in sets of 5/5/5/500m to minimize fatigue. Do them 20x a day. Most people should be able to do this indefinitely.

    Probably indefinitely, I wouldn't want to run a 10k everyday but it could be done, at least at a relatively slow pace. Just make sure your eating a lot of carbs/sugar

    Are there any limits on how slow you can run? and how long it should take to do the exercises?
    Because if you pace yourself, infinite. And you'll get nothing out of it.
    If you push yourself hard, every day, running seriously, doing the exercises in a single set at top speed... I'd say 3 days, and the reward has to be pretty good too, or it's 2.
    But as written, I could do that forever - why don't I? Because it would be worthless for gains, I like my routine more.
