        Depends on how often and for how long but interrupted sleep can be as bad as not getting any sleep.

        Do not drink or eat at least 1 hour before sleep, piss and shit as much as you can, nothing beats an uninterrupted sleep.

        Also beware of too much sodium when having dinner. Too much sodium can cause you to wake up because of dehydration

    That's autismo ways of thinking and you should just set a general time of going to sleep and you should wake up naturally. if you time everything involving sleep you're going to drive yourself crazy. humans are designed to sleep naturally and wake up naturally there's no reason you should control it or interfere with it.

      Nikola tesla claimed to only sleep for 2 hours each night albeit with occasional mini naps throughout the daytime. He was accredited with creating the original design for the automotive engine. Was his intelligence hidden in his DNA/biology? Yea. Did he sleep for 2 hours? Who knows. The point is you shouldn't try to create sleep hours and just let things go naturally.

    It has to be exactly 8, to be precise 7 hours and 50 minutes to 8 hours.

    You sleep in 1 hour 30 minute cycles and it takes 20-30 minutes to begin the first cycle.

    6 hours + 30 minutes is better than 6 or 7 hours. Because if you wake up during the middle of a cycle it negates the benefits of that entire cycle.
