yeah if you don't cook or sprout them
no proof whatsoever that the minimal amounts (like 10000x smaller than raw beans) after cooking have any effect on humans at all (or muh anti nutrient; also no proof)

Redpill me on lentils, I've never used them much but wanna lean on them a bit more because muh economy.
Is there any big difference between each type? Are mixed bags advisable/adequate? (Either culinarily and nutritionally)

always soak them in water overnight or for a few hours and rinse before cooking
generally the darker the skin the better
most lentils can also be sprouted and eaten raw for extra nutrients

Red are smaller and tend to mush when cooked. They are good for making soups. All the others are just normal. All about the same nutritionally.

I don't want to buy more aninal protein for dinner but I also can't digest beans/lentils that well. Actually, I digest lentils a bit better than kidney beans, but the color of my shits is still not desireable. Wat do?

I find that if I don't eat beans for a few weeks and then have some, they really wreck my guts.
Try eating a little beans and increasing the volume over 14 days, maybe you'll tolerate them more.

You can also try a supplement like beano which has an enzyme that breaks down the harder to digest starches in lentils, beans, brassicas, etc
