bump
depends, give me your weight and your amount of reps and I will tell you
i weigh 160 and I can do 15 or 16 bodyweight back to back in a set with strict form
I feel like people enter their kipping pullups in here. Less than 1 in 5 men I've ever met can do even 10 pullups

dont believe this shit. here is a proof(from this site obviously)
"don't believe this shit" as in "don't trust the site" or "don't believe my skepticism"?
post 5 one arm pull ups
I think strengthlevel's statistics are skewed by people putting in random numbers to see how a potential lift would stack up. I used to do this just entering a random weight for like the bench press to see where it would stack up. I think they include these. For instance,
i think you need to be registered to somehow to influence on numbers
>231.5lbs / 105kg
not sure on 1rm, but i try for 4x8, 1min rest between, and this is how far i got so far:
8, 8, 5, 4
250 I can do 15 without kipping
Depends on your height/weight/goals.
210 lbs @ 10 reps. I think I can do 6 with a 10lb plate.
Anyone can reach 20 if they're 220 or lighter AND they don't have a crazy wingspan
Twenty.
If you cannot do 20 with good form, I consider you out of shape.
20 is my goal here
any tips for me bro?
Here's the chart
I think this is good for 200lbs and under but scales badly for the higher weights.
Stop being fat
>scales badly
Bigger =/= stronger?
This is shit at the high b/w end of the scale. A 300lb guy does 9 pull-ups with good form and this is considered intermediate?
>177lb
>can only do 9 strict from deadhang
Good? GOOD? 20 at least. Any less than that you don't deserve "good".
1 more than whatever it is (you) can do
One more than yesterday
I haven't been seeing much progress with pullups. Would anyone like to share their advice for getting more reps?
Did you get better results with AMRAP sets, or going for more sets of a certain number (which would make the first set or two easy and then the later sets are basically AMRAP)? Please provide numbers you find effective.
Also is it advisable to vary grip between sessions?
try weighted pullups or just doing more vertical pulling
russian fighter pull ups program
All of them
I do 6 currently but nice and slow. working my way up. ideally doing 10 reps for 3 sets like any other lift is where ill be happy
