How many pullups/chinups can you do?

Im currently training to do more but I can only do 5-6 chinups and like 3 actual pullups. They seem way harder and my forearms hurt for a while after doing pullups.

I'm dyel and usually do 3 sets of 15.
It's a very easy exercise to improve fast.

    15 with body weight

7 with an extra 15 kg

    anything past 10 is endurance

If your total weight is over 180 being able to do 10 with good form is impressive

imagine that everything around including you disappeared, the only things remaining are the bar and your collarbone.
Now have your collarbone directly under the bar, then try bumping your collarbone on the bar with a straight upward motion.
I only recently started with pullups (couldn't do 3) now I got it up to 7, my initial goal is 10.

I worked up to 10 at 90kg bodyweight but then got an unrelated injury and now I can do like 3

I’ve got some damage in my forearms, using lifting straps for pull-ups has helped a bit (I’m 230), but I still get tendon pain on the inside of my elbow on contraction. How to I isolate and use just my lats/back? I can do 8 before my forearms start screaming at me, needless to say it’s frustrating because I know my back has more to give. I do them on gymnastics rings fwiw.

to isolate your back focus on bringing your elbow to your lower back (your elbows will naturally stay tucked in)
to isolate your biceps focus on bringing your wrists to your shoulders (your elbows will naturally flare out)

Was proud of my set of 3 chinups with a 45 plate strapped to me. Currently at 210#

Exact same number as you, except it's my weak back that limits me because I never do any kind of rows.
Are pullups good enough for the rhomboids or do I need to stop being a lazy frick and just do the rows?

5 sets of 15 chin ups or 5 sets of 10 pull ups

Did 2x6 + 1x4 chin ups yesterday. Unironically limited by my biceps, the moment I started working them out directly I got an extra rep per set

    Dunno
Last I tried my pull-up max, I did like 14
Now I could most likely do more, maybe 16-ish?

I did assisted pull ups at my gym for a while. I was around 190lbs and I did 3x8 with 70lbs on the assist, slowly turned the assist weight down, when I hit 40lbs I tried unassisted and busted out a set easy. From then on I just do unassisted 3x12 sets. Always thought it was weird how I could just skip that much weight lol.

10 pulls up on a good day 4 with 10kg added. Haven't done chin ups in a while but I guess it's more or less the same.

pullups: 4 sets of 8 with no weight, or 2x5 30lb
    chinups: 5 sets of 8, or 2x5 40lb

Honestly never really tested it. I did 12 the last time I wanted to do more chin-up reps, but I could probably do more. I'd rather hold for time.

175 pounds, when I was rock climbing in a gym 3-4 times a week I could do about 15 pullups in a row, but it wasn't easy. If I really pushed myself I could probably struggle to 20. Now I can do about 10, haven't climbed much since the coof started.

Overheard a pudgy coworker trying to impress some girls by talking about fitness. They asked him if he could do a pullup, "Oh lots!" They asked how many, "Well, I usually do sets of 20, but sometimes I'll do 30." I just had to fricking walk away, it was so hard to not call bullshit.
