do you do the pushups and pullups in different days? like one day push and the next day pull ups and repeat?
You’d be in pretty decent shape if you could do 100 weighted push-ups in a row with 2x 45lb plates on your back. And 30 weighted pull-ups in a row with 1x 45lb plate

was on vacation for two week and did 2 sets max reps + 1/2 max reps in negatives everyday got me sore for a few hours after each set. make sure to space it out to where they are each 12 hours apart; ex. pushups and pull ups at 7pm then 7am
saw decent improvement in count and would recommend
