Noob here. What does roids do to the body? What is particular about his body that is not achievable naturally? Stupid question, but I genuinely don't know

Yeah being in shape has been his thing for his entire career. So to answer OP's question: "a lifetime".

Came here to post this. Brad Pitt has probably never weighed more than 180 max his entire life. He’s never had to get rid of a skinny-fat gut and man boobs.

Let me tell you the truth OP.

Most homosexuals on this board know absolutely nothing and warped ideas of bodyfat, just like everyone on the planet. They are 20%+ but think they are 15% and that their pads of fat under light are visible abs.

The average person (training from skinnyfat/fat) is not getting this physique in 6 months, let alone 1 year. Sorry.

Why? The only impressive thing is his leanness. If you don't get that little muscle mass in less than a year you're a genetic dead end. How about YOU post body?

Where are you starting from? If lean, building up to this within a year is doable. If fat, it may never be possible. Brad Pitt's physique relies upon having single-digit bf%, sub-2000 calorie diet, a lot of cardio, and an ectomorph body type.

what’s your definition of “a lot of cardio”?

I recall reading an article that outlined his routine and physique, and he was absolutely below 10% and he incorporated cardio into his routine.

Below 10% is basically nearing bodybuilding competition level, meaning he'd have no energy to act

depends on your starting point, genetics, effort, workout plan, nutrition, stress, recovery, activity level, consistency etc.

For the average skinnyfat neet on IST, its unachievable because they are too lazy.

for n average person that isn't too fat or a skeleton, doable within 5 years of hard work.

how many people look like that after going to the gym for 5 years, in your gym?

How many of your local gymgoers look absolutely identical year in and year out?

lifting isn't the hard part, its the continuity and the eating. Yes, it's doable in less than five years. Most people will never achieve it though.
