1 year PPL and eating at a 300cal deficit should do it (unless you're obese)

This is how you end up with no real muscle or progress by the end of the year

assuming you start out as an underweight 18 year old (i.e. 140lbs at 5'10), about 1 year bulking clean and lifting HARD and then another 6 months cutting and praying to God that you have perfect muscle insertions and shoulder to waist proportions underneath the fat you've accumulated during your bulk

      That’s not underweight

probably not much, he doesn't have that much muscle. Just very fortunate insertions and bodyfat distribution. Basically model genetics.

OK but you better hold up your end of the bargain.

It depends on your start point:
If you start fat (between 15 - 22% bodyfat roughly) then you can probably do by lifting for a year, then cutting slow for the next 6-12 months.

If you start obese then just lose weight until you get to like 15% bodyfat and do as above.

If you start skinny (no muscle no fat) then you can slowly bulk for a year and then cut for a few months.

The main key points regardless of where you are stay the same though:
Diet is just as if not more important than exercise when it comes to looking like this, a macro requirement is probably a good idea to really get your diet nailed down (a good start would be to get your bodyweight in lbs as your daily grams of protein, then multiply your bodyweight by 0.7 to get your daily carbs, and by 0.3 to get your daily fat).
This guy probably has less muscle than you think, it's because he is so lean that he looks muscular.
You probably won't get to this level in less than 2 years, but you can get close and with consistency can constantly improve your body year after year.
Your genetics decide the shape of muscles, some of them particularly the pecs, biceps and abs unfortunately have a pretty significant effect on how good your body looks.
Your exercise routine is probably good enough, you don't need to optimise what bench press variations and how many reps per set you need to do, you simply need to stick to the plan every single week.

How many years of lifting to get this body

        Thank you.

How is this guy a twink?

To me his demeanor and body don't look feminine at all to me, they just don't look "gruff grown man" at all.
He looks youthful like an anime boy but not at all twink.

Twink implies that he actually has the proportions and estrogenic body of a chick, but to me his style looks more youthful/anime than twink.

          twink
          /twJŋk/
          nouninformal•US
          noun: twink; plural noun: twinks

(among gay men) a gay or bisexual young man with a slim build and youthful appearance.

twinks are clearly men, even if they are feminine, you're thinking of traps or femboys anon.

Ah my mistake. I thought that "twink" specifically meant androgyny.

            Thank you for the correction

You could do that in 6 months easy, providing you're not a fat frick to begin with.

If you want a real answer he has S tier genetics and most people will never get this body, his frame is great and his abs and adonis belt would be visible even at like 5% more bodyfat than he has.

The other real answer is starting threads like this is moronic because everyone has a different starting point and work ethic and genetics so thats why everyone is trolling you. Nobody knows how long anyone will take to make progress, just go lift and get lean and see what you can do, stop being a homosexual comparing yourself to others.
