      How much caffeine do you consume per day?

      probably like 500mg, I make it strong. I'm guessing it's 100mg for every "cup" on the coffeemaker. 2 fit in my regular mug and 3 in the big one

    usually one or two cups of coffee in the morning to make myself shit before I take a shower
    then maybe another around noon and a caff pill before a workout session around 5 or 6pm
    i'm probably at 400-500mg of caffeine daily; I find that my body can figure out how much caffeine i'm ingesting with different coffee brands and I will just make more cups of a shitty brand (trader joe's weak shit but cheap coffee) throughout the day but if I get something nice from an actual coffee shop, i'll be fine with way less since the caff content is probably higher.
    I can't drink tea in the morning on an empty stomach since it can make me really nauseous due to the high tannin content; I can drink coffee black while fasting with absolutely no issues.

    /fit/pill me on coffee. I don't add sugar to it. It's just straight black coffee. I drink a lot. There's a coffee machine at the office right next to me I must be drinking 5 - 10 cups every day. They make me shit all day. I drink it all day because I have a compulsive personality, if there wasn't a coffee machine here I would never drink coffee.

    500 mg is probably where you should stop, I'd also look to stop consuming caffeine within 10-12 hours of bedtime which is 12 - 2pm for most people.

    One cup in the morning so about 100 mgs. I try to have my coffee a bit after I've woken up and I also make sure I have like 2-3 cups of water beforehand so I don't get dehydrated.
