165-170 for 8-10 haven’t done orm in a while but if I had to guess it’s probably somewhere around the ~185-190 range

I'm really proud of myself because as of this week I can ohp 1 plate 3x6-7 right after benching 2 plates for 3x6-6 and still have enough left in the tank to do incline bench,
Half a plate for 12 reps is what I work with. I dont care about maxing out so I never tried.
