Wtf did my body mean by this?

Can be that you ate Tryptophan and Methionine rich protein, both are included in the group of few aminos that are carcinogenic.

Weird you'd mention those. I supplement tryptophan, NAC and inositol in the evening. Though they have been a constant throughout experimenting with different macros over about 6 months.

Also if you mean by mostly protein, only protein, then the body has to convert that protein into glucose which is energetically expensive, called gluconeogenesis and it's why keto diets are very dangerous.

Nah, not only protein, more like 3:1:1 (protein:fat:carbohydrate) for 3 months. Then 1:2:2 for the same length, and my body definitely prefers this ratio. They aren't exact but in that vicinity.

I would stop that tryptophan supp, I think the main purpose of it is to increase serotonin which is criminal mainstream health rhetoric, serotonin being good that is. Serotonin is invovled in fibrosis, learned helplessness, depression, autism basically all mental disease is from an excess serotonin due to prenatal stress. Stress itself increases serotonin, inhibiting serotonin is theraputic in cancer, diabetes, heart disease. It shuts off metabolism and creativity, making you learn from pain instead of curiosity.

This is true, and is also why collagen / gelatin supplementation is good (it's a protein source that has all amino acids but tryptophan). Organ meats are also good sources of tryptophan-free protein.

I have about 50-100g of unpasteurised Normandy butter, because not only does it provide me with the essential animal based saturated fats necessary for the synthesis of D3, pregnenolone, progesterone, testosterone, DHT, DHEA, etc, it is also extremely nutritious, with plentiful vitamin A, E, K2, potassium, magnesium, manganese, iodine, selenium… and then there’s the mesonutrient composition such as choline.

On top of this, I add two teaspoons of coconut oil, 100g of refined cane sugar (white), organic wildflower honey, excessive quantity of coffee and some whole milk

If eggs weren’t a rare item in the UK I would also have 12 Clarence court duck egg yolks, raw, daily

How are you getting unpasteurized butter?
also, you can get duck eggs pretty cheaply from asian importers, but im in norway so its probably different from the UK

None. Zero. It's the ketolards who lie to you that you needs lots of it who are also telling that carbs turn into saturated fat. Go figure.

Same, except the olive oil. That shit is mixed with seed oils I've heard and I don't trust the brands I can buy at the store.

But everything I make involves butter, no restrictions.

    13g saturated fat
    30-50g total
If you eat meat or drink milk at all you're probably already over that unless it's like tuna.
