How much do you incline the bench for seated ohp?

How much do you incline the bench for seated ohp / dumbbell shoulder press?

Yeah it's on its way now.
I'm keeping an Excel spreadsheet where I log every set and try to add a rep somewhere every time until I can do one set with a little bit more weight and eventually I'll be big and strong.
Even though my numbers are low, I'm starting to enjoy looking at my pump in the mirror quite a bit.

just know that shoulders get stronger very slowly. if you like training them, start throwing in some really low weight high rep lateral raises for the PAMP. gave me quite nice natty shoulders together with ohp

I've done exactly that for a little while now. It's starting to show, my shoulders were starting to lag behind my arms

Can you guys tell me how do you get the dumbbells up? I am limited by this, I can only do 26kg x 8 x 4 because when I try to get the dumbbells up my shoulders give up.

Sounds like you're trying to lift too heavy. Be patient.

I can do barbell shoulder press with no issues (same weight), but I struggle with dumbbells, I even watched videos on how to get them up and I still struggle getting them up.

Lower the weight on the dumbbells for a few sessions. Then try this weight again

Also kick them up from your knees

I'm gonna listen to you, I'll lower the weight a bit and kick them as hard as I can with the knees, hope it works.

I swing them up (like if I was doing a heavy cheat curl) right as I sit down
Probably not the best or even correct way to do it but it has worked for me thus far

I just chuck them up from the floor
          Admittedly I've stalled at 40kg x12 and 45kg x8 for a bit

Am I retarded if I’ve been using this for seated OHP? Should I be using the adjustable bench for better stability?

    Like 75-80deg?
It doesn't really matter though, even if the bench was at 90 degrees, my body position would end up being mostly the same because I use a fairly big back arch on all pressing movements. I still feel my shoulders that way but I'm way stronger
I don't arch too extremely, like the "standing bench press" you'd see back in the day on olympic clean & press, but it's pretty notable nonetheless
