So I have an autistic obsession with reaching advanced lifting weight. Most of my lifts are intermediate, with my bench being advanced and my shoulders only being novice.
Currently on a gram of testosterone, and 50mg of winstrol (every other month).
Steadily making strength gains but hit a plateau in my overhead press. Fucking stuck on novice, for a gear user that is pretty pathetic.
However I also have a very lean/strict diet to maintain a more 'aesthetic' physique for the summer.
I've decided to take a week off from the gym, and I'm going to add an additional 400 calories to my 2,500 calorie diet (obviously now making it 2,900 calories).
I guess my question is: do you think I'll be able to hit advanced numbers for everything if I carefully monitor my diet and training stats? Will slight increments with food plus the gram of testosterone help me achieve my goal?
Or do I need to bite the bullet and do something more radical like tren to hit these numbers?
