How much gear to lift advanced?

So I have an autistic obsession with reaching advanced lifting weight. Most of my lifts are intermediate, with my bench being advanced and my shoulders only being novice.

Currently on a gram of testosterone, and 50mg of winstrol (every other month).

Steadily making strength gains but hit a plateau in my overhead press. Fricking stuck on novice, for a gear user that is pretty pathetic.

However I also have a very lean/strict diet to maintain a more 'aesthetic' physique for the summer.

I've decided to take a week off from the gym, and I'm going to add an additional 400 calories to my 2,500 calorie diet (obviously now making it 2,900 calories).

I guess my question is: do you think I'll be able to hit advanced numbers for everything if I carefully monitor my diet and training stats? Will slight increments with food plus the gram of testosterone help me achieve my goal?

Or do I need to bite the bullet and do something more radical like tren to hit these numbers?

    A gram of test is a lot for just strength. Try adding nandrolone (Deca). It's generally the next one added for beginner cycles. Don't skip straight to tren. It's advanced stuff.

      Too worried about deca dick to every try it. I've had bouts of erectile dysfunction in the past due to merely having estrogen slightly out of range.

      I enjoy having a thriving sex life and don't want to risk getting ED again.

      Yes I am very strict with my diet and up until this point I've been making continual strength gains following a Mike Mentzer routine all while being lean with abs and veins in the process.

      I frick cheerleaders straight out of high school and my body count is double digits. If a homosexual fricks a lot of women - then a homosexual I am.

          Bit please. Zyzz committed suicide due to a botched nose job. I'm also only on Testosterone. Go look at studies of guys who were put on 600mg of testosterone for 3 months. The health effects are negligible. I don't deny that other anabolics such as tren and anadrol are toxic. I only use winstrol 2 months per year. My entire bodybuilding base is on testosterone and my blood work/blood pressure is a ok.

          Keep spewing your nonsense though - I need this thread to hit a lot of replies so I can actually hear some solid advice from guys without a pole up their ass.

          I use the strength indicator website as a metric for my goals. I don't trust my own brain on what I consider to be 'strong enough' lol.

          I've got goals. I also like to look good and utilise progressive overload while being in a lean state.

          I suppose some of the classic bodybuilders were pathetic homosexuals too - like Frank Zane and Serge Nubret - who stayed contest shape year round.

          When I'm not on cycle, I also practise MMA 3 days per week, and do strength on only 2 days per week. Muscles are useless without the ability to at least use them proficiently IMO.

          I don't understand the hatred tbh. Is it because I use some gear to help hit my strength goals or is it because I don't want to bloat max? Expose your psychology some more anon, I am interested.

      I don't want to up the gear btw. I hate tren.

      I may just settle for intermediate strength and maintain that. Still need to get my last few novice lifts up.

    just lift more often, the amount your taking is more than enough, the primary benefit of taking gear is the enchanced recovery time. even if you feel like your completely rekt you can probably do more.

      I lift around 5 days per week. I do bro split style training. With progressive overload.

      It sounds like what you are suggesting is more of a push pull legs routine? I tried that but always felt like I was training unrecovered.

      I'm a big Mike Mentzer fan and believe in a lot of what he has to say about training. I also noticed more gains after doing the bro split, rather than a PPL style split.

      Thanks for a serious response man. I think my taking a week off from the gym + an increase in my daily diet may help solve the problem.

    If you care about being strong then do strength programming instead of meme bodybuilding programming. And gain some fricking weight, getting bigger is the easiest way to get stronger.

    You don't need gear to reach advance on strength level though.

    Maybe for elite you do idk
