God I love me some eggs.

Anyways, probably around 150 euros due to me being fatass and losing weight so I dont consume that many calories per day.

During the wuhanic plague I started shoplifting a lot (pretending to scan my groceries). More or less stopped after leaving Cuckada.

          I started shop lifting more.
I threw away a receipt on an electric razor I bought and the israelites at the cameras said "no you didn't pay for that"
I ended up stealing hundreds of dollars worth of goat cheese and sandwich meat as reparations.

You fricking Black folk don't want to do your job? Then I don't have to pay you for the products you "sell"

Yeah I slowly started stealing more and more of my groceries until I would only pay for maybe 20% of what was in my cart. Eventually I would just go into the yuppie grocery store and walk out with all of my groceries each week. I stopped a few months ago because I felt like something had to give eventually and it would be moronic to get busted stealing 60 dollars of food I could easily afford lol

Can I build muscle by eating eggs only as a source of protein?

If you're prepared to eat like a dozen a day, sure. In that case just buy liquid eggs it'd be cheaper

  19. 3 weeks ago

Like $350 a month because I eat a pound of beef a day. During harder times I've gotten down to $150 a month and still hit my protein goals and everything. Anyone who says eating healthy costs a lot is a coping moron

Just food for me, $300-400. With other things like cat food, shampoo, paper towels, TP, trash bags etc it's <$600.

Me too but I'm still saving. The only "processed" foods I buy are bread and sour yoghurt. Everything else is as crude as they come (or frozen - chicken breast, peas/beans/okra/bean pods). I don't drink sodas or alcohol, just water, tea, and coffee once in the morning. I dread the day I will have a femoid move in with me and start buying trash food.

Roughly around £200 for one person eating mostly healthy.
I can get it down to £120 but I go for mid range brands, sometimes cheaping out just isn't worth the quality drop.

      No. Eat real food.
      300g Rice/Pasta/Oats/Buckwheat + 10 eggs a day/300g of meat or fish/2 liters of milk/ 600g of cottage cheese/curds (weighted before cooking)
Objective is to get 200-250g of complex carbs and 80-120g of protein.

dont blame it on metabolism, peoples tdee only varies at max 300kcal. Eat 3 large meals a day at least 1200 cals per meal, you will quickly see your "high metabolism" delusion disappear
