      100 gallons

      yjk

Any amount that requires OP to post a muslim.
He could have posted a israelite or Christian and it would still apply.

If you are human? The limit does not exist.
If you are a humanoid animal (lactose intolerant)? I don't know, whatever that number is.

are you very subtly implying that all the ethnicities that are lactose intolerants (nigs, asians...) are not human?

Why are black and asians lactose intolerant? Didn't they drink milk as kids?

it goes back further than that, lactose intollerance is mostly genetic, and goes back thousands of years to primitibe pastoralist tribes that herded cattle.

Decendents of those tribes are more likely to have a metabolism that is adapted to drinking milk.

Lactose intolerance is a meme anyway, entirely due to modern milk production. There have been many studies done where supposedly lactose intolerant people are given small amounts of raw milk every day. They drink a little more each day and by the end of a week they're not "lactose intolerant" anymore.

drinking milk isn't even necessary when you have dairy

I probably wouldn't drink more than 2 litres a day. Anymore and you may be getting too much calcium. Thats for whole milk tho. Skimmed has more calcium.

      yes, keep it up

      All milk is the same

wrong. that is a2 milk. it contains a2 casein which is more digestible and doesnt break down into casomorphin.

        >a2 milk
not him but is there any benefit to this if you can digest cheap milk perfectly fine?

Foods intolerances/allergies have many shades. It's not a binary choice between "I can drink all the milk I want" and "milk gives me diarrhea". You may have very mild difficulty digesting a1 proteins that you wouldn't really notice until you compare it to how a2 makes you feel.

it's a tough decision, but I think I'd let her feast on my banana, she could gobble it all up, run her tongue over it aa much as she likes, I mean I just want her to get her daily dose of nutrients if you know what I mean.

There is no such thing as "too much" milk.
There is no such thing as "too many" eggs.
There is no such thing as "too much" meat.
